Safety in Logistics Operations

The logistics divisions of Sumitomo Chemical uphold a basic policy of ensuring safety and giving due consideration to the environment, while providing customers with high-quality logistics services. The divisions are making a concerted effort with partner logistics companies to implement this policy.
We conduct cross-organizational activities with partner logistics companies nationwide in order to train one another and improve voluntary management levels and also find solutions to various challenges through "the Sumitomo Chemical Logistics Partnership Council." We also provide individual instruction for each of the partner companies through logistics RC audits. These cross-organizational activities and RC audits form our two core activities.
