Rubber Chemicals are essential additives for the manufacture and quality improvement of rubber products such as automobile tires, rubber hoses, and quake absorbing rubbers.
Major products are ANTIGENE® 6C(antioxidant), SUMIKANOL® (rubber adhesive) and SOXINOL® (vulcanization accelerator).

  • Mainly used for NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR and CR.
  • Typical basic accelerators, activated by Thiazole and Thiuram type to give high synergism.
  • Critical temperature is around 140°C
  • Effecitve as placticizer for CR.
  • Widely used for dark black products in general.
  • Suitable for typical applications are, tires, tubes, rubber shoes, fubber footwear, industrial products and hard rubber products, etc..
  • Unsuitable for food contact use.
  • Shows slightly bitter taste.
