Grade Information

SUMIPLOY CK3420 is a 30% carbon fiber/PTFE reinforced injection molding grade of Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) available in Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America and North America.

SUMIPLOY CK3420 is a grade that has excellent sliding properties, especially excellent wear resistance against aluminum, high mechanical strength, high heat resistance (up to 320°C), low CLTE, dimensional stability, chemical resistance, and flame retardancy.
