Grade Information

SUMIPLOY E3010 is a 40% E101/PTFE reinforced injection molding grade of Polyethersulfone (PESU) available in Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America and North America.

SUMIPLOY E3010 is a grade that has high heat resistance (up to 200°C), creep resistance at high temperatures, dimensional stability, low CLTE, hydrolysis resistance, chemical resistance, flame retardancy, high mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, excellent sliding properties, and especially excellent abrasion resistance (against aluminum).
