E6000HFシリーズは、SMT対応の耐熱性を持ちながら、高流動性、低そり性、高強度、良好な成形性を示す標準グレードです。スミカスーパー E6810KHFは、SMT耐熱性、高流動性、高寸法精度、低異方性、耐薬品性、難燃性の特徴を示します。
